"M" (M. Douglas Silverstein) has directed the documentary "The Weight of Success" exploring an up and coming life coach Dr Angela Lauria and the controversy surrounding life coaches. 

"M" is the creative behind many multi award winning projects like Globally broadcast live concerts, promos, documentaries, commercials, live events, behind the scenes, and product promos for TV, film, web and mobile featuring iconic recording artists, esteemed organizations, leading brands and Fortune 500 companies.

As an Executive Producer and Director "M" has produced live concerts for the likes of Green Day, The Country Music Hall of Fame and The United Nations. In his branding work he has done projects with Madonna, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake Rihanna, and Timbaland. In his documentary work he has worked with Paul McCartney, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Willie Nelson, Foo Fighters, Duran Duran, The Clinton Global Initiative and Jazz at Lincoln Center. He has been called by fortune 500 companies like Google, Best Buy, Verizon, Motorola, HP, LG, AT&T, Microsoft, Mazda and Dodge to produce a wide range of content.
